The Simple Facts

I am Christopher Latimour, a web developer and designer from Toronto, Canada. I enjoy both the challenges of developing, and the creative aspects of design. I have been designing and developing for about 10 years now.

I enjoy learning new things and using them at work and for my own creative projects. I have had the pleasure of learning from a lot of great designers and developers in this industry, and I am always eager to learn more.

Additional Details

I am passionate about design and development, and I have been fortunate enough to have done both during my career. From a technical standpoint, I spend most of my time working with HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. My design tools of choice are Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. I frequently seek out workshops and courses on new and exciting developments in the technology sector in order to expand my knowledge and hopefully share it with those I work with.

I work as a Creative Consultant for companies on a contract basis, as well as for my own clients. I have worked as a Graphic Designer and Photographer for a sports magazine, a Flash Developer for an Advertising Agency, A Web Developer for a Design Studio, and a Flash Animator for an e-learning company.

I started my career working for myself after my first year of college, and have since had the pleasure of completing various projects for as well as being employed by a number of great companies. My diverse skillset, experience, and exposure to this multi-faceted industry has made me a valuable asset to every company I have worked with.

When I'm not at work or working on my own creative projects, I enjoy spending time doing things that keep me physicaly active like going for a bike ride, martial arts, playing soccer, exercising and lifting weights.
